"The biodynamic method of Crainio-sacral practiced by Christi is so subtle and gentle, its an excellent modality for trauma recovery where more intensive mechanical tissue manipulation may be too uncomfortable. i brought a friend of mine who had sustained a severe traumatic brain injury over a decade ago to see Christie. She suffered serious injury to her hips, leg and head after being hit by a car. she has trouble walking and uses a walker, her leg had noticeably less tremor and spasm with increased ease of movement and mobility, after the first session she was on her feet significantly more than usual and her ability to go up and down the stairs to see was also noticeably improved after the second session! i was rather surprised and very pleased to see these improvements. i am also a TBI survivor and had an appointment with Christie that was helpful for reducing my anxiety and assisting my nervous system regulation."​

If you haven't had a chance to experience a Craniosacral treatment, I highly recommend booking an appointment with this amazing healer.  From the first five minutes I felt like I was in a perfectly relaxed dream state and I left the session walking on air.  Definitely don't underestimate the potency of this particular kind of work, for me it was more like the effects of a float tank than any other session I've had.  I'm so looking forward to my next one!
